Winvo Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions

By using this website to book services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, please do not book a service with us.

Booking Confirmation
Booking a service online does not guarantee your spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email or phone with a confirmation.

To reserve your cleaning date and time, a deposit of $70 will be applied. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but deductible from the total cleaning price.

Cleaning Crew
We typically work with teams of two cleaners. Occasionally, more may be needed based on the complexity of the work. We strive to limit the rotation of cleaners in your home while ensuring they are well-trained.

All our cleaners undergo rigorous background checks, so you can trust that our staff has integrity and is accountable.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate service due to safety concerns, inappropriate situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter, or disconnected utilities. Our cleaners may leave if they find the home in an extremely unsanitary condition or feel unsafe. If a cleaning is deemed unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot, and you will incur the cancellation fee.

Cleaning Day Preparation
Your cleaning price is based on the cleaners focusing all their time on cleaning. We ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up to allow easy access to areas like floors and countertops. If you’d like us to handle these tasks, please call ahead to adjust your cleaning fee accordingly.

  • Clean Inside Kitchen Cabinets
  • Clean Inside Oven
  • Clean Inside Fridge

  • Patio Cleaning
  • Carpet Washing
  • Pet Care
  • [EXTRA ADD-ONS]

We accommodate pets but ask that indoor activity is limited for efficiency and safety. If your pet becomes anxious or poses a safety concern, Winvo Cleaning Service reserves the right to remove its cleaners from your home.

Service Fees
While we provide instant pricing based on experience, the price may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the home. To avoid surprises, we will call you if any adjustments are necessary. If we cannot reach you, the crew will leave, and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reevaluate rates based on service requirements and will contact you if there are significant price changes.

Payments
A deposit of $70 is required to reserve your cleaning date and time. Payments must be made on the day of cleaning via check, cash, or credit card.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. While we aim to provide the best service, if we miss something, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no charge.

Recurring Service Discount
Discounts for recurring services begin after the first cleaning. If you skip cleanings, your price will adjust to the frequency you’ve established.

Rate Increases
Cleaning rate adjustments may occur if there are changes to your service schedule or living situation.

Lockouts
You must ensure access to your home on the service day. If locked out, we will attempt to contact you. If no contact is made within 20 minutes, the cleaning will be skipped, and you will incur a $70 late cancellation fee.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $70 cancellation fee.

Alarm
If your home has a security system, please ensure it is turned off or provide us with the code.

Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum
If you request to use your vacuum, we do not accept liability for any damage. If it is not functioning when we arrive, we will be unable to perform any vacuuming.

Cleaning Supplies
We provide all necessary cleaning equipment and products. If you require us to use green cleaning products, please inform us beforehand. If you choose to provide your supplies, we are not responsible for any associated damage.

Items We Cannot Clean
We do not handle mold removal or clean homes in hoarding situations or those containing bodily fluids.

Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items
For safety reasons, our cleaners cannot climb higher than a step stool or move objects over 35 pounds. Please move heavy items prior to cleaning.

Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy
While rare, breakage may occur. We carry insurance for damage caused by our cleaners but are not liable for normal wear & tear or undisclosed valuable items.

Cleaners Arrival Window
We schedule cleanings to minimize drive time. Specific times cannot be guaranteed, but we aim to arrive within a 30-minute window. Due to various factors, delays may occur.

Holidays
Winvo Cleaning Service does not operate on holidays. If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. Observed holidays include:

  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day

Inclement Weather
We will be closed if weather conditions prevent local schools from opening.

Key Release
Client keys are securely stored. If you leave a key in an unsecured location, Winvo Cleaning Service is not liable for any damages or theft.

Non-Solicitation of Winvo Cleaning Service Cleaners
Clients agree not to hire our cleaners directly. We invest significant resources in training and background checks.

Governing Law
Any claims related to Winvo Cleaning Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

We welcome feedback to improve our service. Winvo Cleaning Service reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
